HICRM — White-Label CRM

What it is

HICRM is our own customer relationship platform — built from the ground up for the kind of small operators the big CRMs serve badly. It handles inbound lead capture, contact and pipeline management, follow-up automation, and the reporting that lets you see where leads actually come from. The whole thing runs on your domain, in your colors, with your branding — not ours.

Built in TypeScript on Postgres, deployable as a multi-tenant SaaS for agencies that want to resell it, or as a single-tenant install for an operator who just wants their own CRM that works.
